As a mum and trainer, I was over the jumping, the fluff, and workouts that didn’t deliver. So I created low-impact sessions that actually build strength and get results.

Hey, I’m Raquel

Personal trainer, women’s health coach, and most importantly—a mum, just like you.

I’ve been coaching group fitness for over 9 years, and I’ve seen it all: workouts full of fluff, random moves thrown together, and way too much high-impact stuff that leaves mums feeling wrecked for days… with very little to show for it.

I wanted to create something different. Something that actually works.


Mamas Who Move is a space for real mums to train in a way that feels good—without jumping, without pressure, and without the guilt. Just structured, low-impact workouts that build real strength, improve your fitness, and leave you feeling energised instead of wiped out.

Because when you feel strong in your body, everything else feels easier too.

Raquel is a one-of-a-kind human being and brings so much love, passion, and humanity to her work.

She is totally focused on bringing the best out of you in her tailored 1-on-1 sessions

and always leaves me with a smile from ear to ear.

Where do your sessions take place?

Mamas Who Move sessions are held at a private residence in Wandana Heights, creating a comfortable and welcoming space for mums to focus on movement without the stress of a crowded gym. Exact address details will be provided upon booking. Parking is available on the property, making it easy for you to arrive with little ones in tow—no need to worry about finding a spot or walking long distances.

I’m not fit / I’ve just had a baby – can I still do this?

Absolutely! Mamas Who Move is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you're just starting, getting back into movement, or already active, the workouts fully adapt to your needs. All sessions are low-impact and strength-based, so there will be no jumping and no high-impact moves.

Do you offer Personal Training?

Yes, I do. Personal training is also not limited to mums- anyone can book in! Contact me for pricing and programs.

What if my child gets fussy during the session?

That’s totally normal! The Kids Zone is set up for babies & toddlers to play safely, but if your little one needs extra attention, you can step aside, settle them, and jump back in when you're ready.

What if I miss a session?

Life happens! If you’re on a membership plan (1x or 2x per week), you can make up one missed session per month. If you’re on the Unlimited plan, you’re free to come to any session that works for you.

What ages are allowed in the Kids Zone?

The Kids Zone is designed for babies & toddlers who can play independently for short periods. If your child is older but still needs supervision, they are welcome to stay nearby wh

Will this actually help me get stronger?

Yes! Mamas Who Move is not just about “getting back into shape” – it’s about building long-term strength, mobility, and confidence in a way that works for YOU. We focus on functional movement, so you feel stronger not just in workouts but in everyday mum life.

What happens after I sign up?

You’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to know! If it’s your first free session, just show up, enjoy, and decide afterwards if you want to continue. If you’re joining as a member, we’ll get you set up in the group chat and welcome you into the community!

How do I pay?

All payments are made securely online. You can pay via credit/debit card, direct debit, or a class pass bundle.

Can I bring a friend?

YES! If you know a mum who would love this, invite her to a session! The first class is FREE for everyone. If she ends up signing on as a member, you receive a WEEK FREE!

I can't make the days scheduled, will you run more classes?

I totally understand that the current schedule might not work for everyone! I’m more than happy to adjust days and times to suit the majority. If you have a group of mums who’d love to train together, I can organise private sessions just for your group. As demand grows, I’ll be expanding the schedule to offer sessions six days a week, twice a day! Let me know what works best for you.

Can my husband/partner join?

Yes, absolutely! For the Saturday class, we’re opening it up to all parents, so partners and husbands are welcome to join. If there’s enough interest, I’m also happy to organise a dedicated dads' class. Let me know what works best!
